Format

Continuing the success of BuildingBloCS ‘17 and BuildingBloCS ‘18, 2019 will the year of breakthroughs! This year, BuildingBloCS expands its expected target audience to both Computing and Non-Computing students. We hope to bring forth the idea that Computing is essential to the future of Singapore. Pre-events leading up to the official conference will also enhance students’ engagement, building them up for the finale where all will convene at NUS School of Computing for a day of fun, interaction, learning and prizes! Through BuildingBloCS ‘19, we hope to spark a long-lasting passion for Computing among students!

Workshop materials, programming puzzles, pop quizzes, fun facts will be here. The pre-events will boost your Computing prowess and help you to contribute to the progress of Singapore as a Smart Nation one step at a time, they are definitely not to be missed! More details »

The home. Where the heart of the event is; A line up of fringe games, talks, workshops and a finale competition will be conducted on the 7 June at the NUS School of Computing! The event will close with an Exciting Lucky Draw and an Award Ceremony. This year, BuildingBloCS ‘19 will also be having Awesome Projects Showcase at the FOSSASIA OpenTech Summit. Sounds exciting?
